The challenge
Logistics software has two audiences with opposing expectations — enterprise operations managers who need to trust the product immediately, and on-the-ground drivers and supervisors who need it to feel fast and intuitive. Most logistics brands pick one and alienate the other. Yardvis needed to work for both without feeling like a compromise.
The approach
The identity was built around the idea of precision under pressure. A strong geometric mark, a high-contrast dark palette, and industrial-weight typography communicate authority and speed simultaneously. I deliberately avoided the soft, rounded aesthetics common in modern SaaS — Yardvis needed to feel like it belongs in a warehouse, not a co-working space. The system was designed to scale from app icons to sales decks to truck-side signage.
